- 2 tablespoons of Paline organic fermented tea paste
- 2 tablespoons of Paline organic fermented tea leaves
- One piece of salmon
- 2 drops of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- A few lettuce leaves
- A handful of watercress
Marinate the salmon with soy sauce and Paline organic fermented tea paste, then leave for 10 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook each side of the fish for about two minutes.
To serve, remove the marinated tea leaves and add fresh tea leaves, lettuce and watercress.
