Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Paline organic fermented tea paste
  • 2 tablespoons of Paline organic fermented tea leaves
  • One piece of salmon
  • 2 drops of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • A few lettuce leaves
  • A handful of watercress

Method

Step 1
Marinate the salmon with soy sauce and Paline organic fermented tea paste, then leave for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook each side of the fish for about two minutes.

Step 3
To serve, remove the marinated tea leaves and add fresh tea leaves, lettuce and watercress.
