- 2 tablespoons of Paline organic fermented tea leaves
- 3 large king prawns
- A little soy sauce
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- A little olive oil
- A few Paline assorted beans, nuts and seeds
Marinate the prawns with Paline organic fermented tea leaves, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Grease the frying pan and fry the prawns for two minutes on each side.
Add extra tea leaves, assorted seeds and lemon slices to serve.
